The booking deposit will be deducted from your final account OR carried forward to a new future booking if required

Important Cancellation Policy: Under this contract should you cancel within 60 days (2 months before your booking date) you will be charged a fee of $1000.00 for the main camp and/or $200 for each chalet per day for the duration of your booking to cover basic running costs of this facility. Should either party be able to re-book the above booking or any part thereof a proportional refund will be made less an administration fee of $150.00.
Acceptance: I/we hereby have read and understand the cancellation policy and agree to abide by the conditions of hire and rules of the management of Lakeland Park Camp as outlined on the conditions of hire form.
